Ravel, Rachmaninov and the Kälviä Crown Jewel

Ravel, Rachmaninov and the Kälviä Crown Jewel
Kälviä Music Camp attracts ambitious young musicians around the whole Finland. Thirty high quality music pedagogues for example from Sibelius Academy, Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra and Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra are sharing their know-how during quite intense 10 days. The camp programme is very many-sided! Individual lessons and orchestras are our main focus, but do not forget chamber music, sporty exercises and different lessons. The ultimate highlight of the camp are the final concerts at the end of the camp: all the orchestras are on stage in the Kälviä Church and Snellman-Hall in Kokkola. In front of the Kälviä Crown Jewel, Kälviä Philharmonic, will debut maestro Janne Nisonen.
with a great passion for Kälviä Music Camp,
